Like anything it's not as easy as you first think.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"short-des\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Nitro shifter includes a reverse lockout feature that only requires one hand to operate, however this poses a problem when retro fitting into the fdactory HZ-WB centre console as the original plate does not accommodate for this lock out lever.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"short-des\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUNICQ have designed a plate that does allow for the reverse lock out lever to have access through the console plate. To install you need to remove the original by melting the lugs off from the rear and then once off simply stick the new plate down in the same position. The clear gear selector plate can still be seen and you can then chnage the letters according to the location.
