These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Unicq Parts. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Unicq Parts supplies aftermarket automotive components designed for specific applications. All products must be installed and used in accordance with their intended purpose.
Product Information
Unicq Parts makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.
However:
- Products are designed for specific applications and are not universal unless stated
- Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase
Unicq Parts is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect product selection.
Use & Installation
All products must be installed correctly and by a competent person.
Unicq Parts is not liable for:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by forced fitment or misuse
- Any consequential damage to vehicles, components, or other property
Products should not be modified unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unicq Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use its products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund of the purchase price
Shipping & Risk
All orders are carefully packaged prior to dispatch.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers must inspect goods upon arrival and report any damage within the timeframe outlined in the Returns Policy.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to the Unicq Parts Returns & Warranty Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under
Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Changes to Terms
Unicq Parts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.
