UNICQ Parts – Gauge Adaptor Fitment, Returns & Warranty Policy


Product Fitment

Unicq Parts gauge adaptor kits are designed for specific gauge sizes and configurations. They are not universal.

Before purchasing, customers must confirm:

  • Gauge body diameter
  • Gauge bezel (outer) diameter
  • Required mounting depth
  • Compatibility with the vehicle dash

If you are unsure, please contact Unicq Parts prior to purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for incorrect gauge selection, incompatible configurations, or assumptions of universal fitment.


Installation

Unicq adaptor kits are engineered for a precise fit when used with compatible gauges.

Do not force components into position. Resistance during installation may indicate incorrect sizing.

Damage caused during installation, including cracked or snapped tabs, is considered misuse and is not covered under warranty or eligible for return.


Damage in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify Unicq Parts within 48 hours of delivery.

To lodge a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging it arrived in

All claims are assessed to determine whether the damage occurred during transit or handling/installation.

Where a claim is approved, Unicq Parts will provide a replacement or refund.


Returns (30 Days)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • Item is in original condition
  • No signs of fitment attempt, stress, or modification

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • A restocking fee may apply for non-fault returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Unicq Parts will cover return shipping only where a product is confirmed faulty or damaged in transit.

All other returns, including incorrect selection or change of mind, are the responsibility of the customer.


Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Unicq Parts reserves the right to determine whether damage is due to manufacturing fault, transit, or installation. Returns may be declined where damage is consistent with incorrect installation or misuse.
