This left hand plate is a generic shifter plate which includes a reverse lockout lever on the lefthand side which B&M shifters tend to have
UNICQ have designed a plate that does allow for the reverse lock out lever to have access through the consol plate. Its in a generalised position so you will have to adjust yourconsol position to suit the shifter you have. To install you need to remove the original by melting the lugs off from the rear and then once off simply stick the new plate down in the same position. The clear gear selector plate can still be seen and you can then chnage the letters according to the location. You can use custom letters for these readily available off ebay or use the Ninja Builds LED kit sold through them online.
